| Unusual flower pot | | I have seen a lot of interesting ways of creating gardens in small spaces using containers and people have turned all sorts of things into planters before but I have
never seen anything like this before! I'm not sure even what to think of this kind of recycling. I suppose it saves one more item from the landfill. Would you do this with an old toilet? | |

| I would love to go to the Chicago Flower and Garden Show! | | Hello mylot! I was just watching Abc news, and they had a brief segmant on visitng the Chicago Flower and garden Show. All the colorful pictures entice me to visit, for I think all sorts of lfowers are lovely. The colors are breath-taking, and surrounding yourself by sch beauty inspires even the most practical person. It makes me wish I had my own yard (I live in an apartment complex) to plant beautiful flowers in, too. Yet I did enter a contest online for some free flower seeds, and I did win some Petunia seeds! Didn't expect that one, for I have never won anything. I still have the ginormous flower pot my friend gave me, too, so I can still plant my Petunias in the hopes they blossom with plenty of fresh air and sunshine! I just think going to the Chicago Flower and garden Show would make for a beautiful outing. now only if the weather would agree.. | |
| | What on earth is that chair doing there? | | Did you ever see an object that just did not belong where you saw it and wondered what the heck it was doing there? Why had someone left it there? I was coming back from my doctor's on the freeway and we come down an off ramp and over to the side was another onramp.and along side this onramp was a green plastic lawn chair.
It looked new and like someone had used it to wait for someone but on an on ramp? If if had been on the freeway I would have just thought it had fallen out of someone's moving van or you=haul van, but this was on an on ramp. I don't know why it struck me as funny but it did. So now I am asking have you ever some object that just did not belong where you saw it and you really wondered what on earth that was doing there? Another little ways down was a bus stop. | |

Before he decides to utilize the tools of his trade, he will first check under the flowerpot. Or the mat. Or the -fill in the blank-.I don't think the practice of keeping a spare key somewhere outside is common in Singapore. I don't know a single person who does that here (not that they might admit lol). But do you?Do you keep a spare key somewhere outside? - just in case you forgot your keys or lose them? If you do, why do you do it? Is the risk really worth it? | Can You Name A Good Place to Hide Money?? | | I am always needing to set back a few bucks for a rainy day. Maybe for emergency's or my medicines or the kids school pictures or field trip,ballgames whatever. When I do someone almost always finds it. I hear someone holler "look what I found' or "oh look, did you know you had this?" and I know what has happened. So far the best I have found is inside a picture frame hanging on the wall. That one has worked so far. Any ideas? | |
| | Seing something for the first time that has been in your sights all this time? | | I have been walking up the street for about seven years to get to my workplace and every morning I pass this school .It is a tw story buildings with the name of the school written at little above the first story of the building.Now I was coming up the said street but not on the side I usually walked when bam it hit me this was actually a two story building with the name of the school written on it and I could actually see students in the upper floor doing their exams.Wow I thought to myself,this is bad,I mean someone could have dropped a flower pot on my head every morning and I would have probably thought it was manner form the skies because as far as I was concerned it was a one story building.How did it happen.This may be a building that I didnt see but it could have easily been someone.Has this ever happened to you,please give details | |
